Returns and Cancellations
Returns/Exchanges due to customer's convenience
Returns/exchanges are accepted only for unused and resalable items within 14 days of product arrival.
In this case, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
In case of defective products or incorrect delivery
If the product is defective or if there was an incorrect delivery due to our fault, we will cover the cost of return/exchange.
Please contact us within 7 days of product arrival.
International Shipping, Customs Duties, and Refusal of Receipt (Important)
For international shipments (delivery outside Japan), customs duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, etc. may apply.
These costs are all borne by the customer.
If the customer refuses to receive the product due to non-payment of customs duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, etc.,
the order will be treated as a refusal of receipt due to customer's convenience.
In this case, the following costs are not eligible for a refund:

Non-refundable fees such as payment processing fees and exchange rate fees incurred by payment companies/platforms (Shopify, etc.)
If a refund is applicable, it will only be processed for the product price, minus all non-refundable fees, after the product has been returned to us and confirmed to be in resalable condition.
If the product is disposed of, abandoned, or not returned due to customs procedures, no refund will be issued.
